An eight-month leadership program for student activists who care about the Constitution of India and the future of public education.

The Program

An invitation to lead the next generation of campus politics.

The NOB program engages student activists for eight months. It prepares proactive individuals to take on responsibilities as National Office Bearers and helps build a broad, diverse student organisation.

A National Office Bearer drives the vision and ideas of the organisation, leads campus campaigns, and serves as the voice of students across the country.

Your Path to Leadership

A structured journey
from application to induction.

Five clear stages, designed to evaluate, train, and prepare you for national-level student leadership.

    Stage 1

    Application

    Submit your application form. Tell us who you are and the change you want to lead.

  2. 02
    Stage 2

    Interview & Basic Camp

    One-on-one interactions to understand your motivations, followed by university-level orientation camps.

  3. 03
    Stage 3

    Ground-Level Tenure I

    Apply what you learn. Take on real responsibilities within your campus or district.

  4. 04
    Stage 4

    Leadership Camp & Tenure II

    Advance to the second-level camp focused on ideology and organisation. Lead campaigns at scale.

  5. 05
    Stage 5

    Final Interview

    A complete evaluation of your tenure. Successful candidates are inducted into the national organisation.

Eligibility

We are looking for committed activists who have grassroots experience and a clear vision for the country's classrooms. If the criteria below describe you, we want to hear from you.

    At least 3 years of activism

    You should have real experience in student or social activism on a campus, in your community, or at the grassroots.

  • 02

    30 years of age or below

    The program is designed for early-career organisers who are ready to take on national responsibility.

    Elected representatives welcome

    College Union office bearers, class representatives, and district or state office bearers of NSUI are all encouraged to apply.

    Constitutional commitment

    You believe firmly in the Constitution of India and in progressive, inclusive, secular politics.
